Our Approach - Straightforward and Professional

At Star Credit Recruitment, we are passionate about credit control, and commercial collections. Over the years we have built excellent relationships with finance managers, credit managers and other credit control professionals. We like to keep in touch with the people we place and we take a genuine interest in seeing credit control careers develop and flourish over time.

We have found that the key to success is to really listen to the requirements of job seekers, and to present employment opportunities in an honest way, ‘warts and all’. With more than 5 years of experience dedicated to working with credit control professionals, we can truly relate, and so we adopt an informed, professional and yet pressure-free approach in our consultations.

Our approach is first and foremost one of quality, not quantity. We take extra time to really understand the needs of our candidates and our clients, to ensure that the match is perfect. We try to ensure that the company culture is right for the job seeker, and that career prospects are in line with expectations.
