Permanent Recruitment - Contingency Basis

We will introduce Credit Managers or Credit Controllers for full time employment by the company, where a fee is only payable upon success. We will undertake all background advertising, selection and interviewing at our expense. We will shortlist the three most suitable candidates for your consideration. Our introduction fee is charged only when we successfully fill your vacancy.

This has advantages over traditional forms of recruiting such as newspaper advertising, since the client will incur no financial cost without a successful result. What is more, we make the recruitment process quicker and easier, and we offer an 8-week rebate period for peace of mind. If an employee leaves within the first 8 weeks of employment we will either refill the vacancy for the price of the refund, or if unsuccessful, we will refund your money subject to our terms of business.
